A Therapeutic Beginning

Wear Crafted was born out of a desire for healing and mindfulness. For Sai, the creator, working with clay became a therapeutic escape. A way to transform pain into something beautiful, Many art therapists incorporate the use of clay in their practice to promote hyperconsciousness and help clients heal from trauma. The tactile nature of clay allows individuals to reconnect with themselves, discover their strengths and find a sense of agency.

Polymer Clay, with its wide range of colours and the ease of setting it in a home oven, became the perfect medium for Sai. It offered endless possibilities for creativity and expression making each piece unique and personal.

The Serenity Line (2023)

The first collection aptly named The Serenity Line, was an introduction to the essence of Wear Crafted Serenity. It featured thrifted beads, symbolizing the eradication of the need for vanity and the beauty found in simplicity and reuse. This approach also underscored our commitment to environmental sustainability. Released during the summer, the serenity line embraced earth tones that reminded us to stay grounded amidst the seasons vibrancy. It was about striking balance, finding calm in the midst of energy and excitement.
