We do not offer refunds. However we accept exchanges under the following conditions.

You received the wrong item or wrong size (item must be unworn)
The item arrived damaged or broken (item must be unworn)

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by email (wearcraftedserenity@gmail.com) or direct message on our instagram page (@wearcraftedserenity).

Sustainable Styling

As part of our commitment to sustainability, customers may exchange old, reusable items purchased from us for 5% off on one new item.

Since polymer clay isn't biodegradable, we do our best to reduce our environmental impact by recycling materials and minimizing waste whenever possible. We believe beauty should be kind to the planet too.
